mlsanity data licence

The mlsanity data downloads (https://mlsanity.com/data/: directions.json, placements.csv)
are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0):
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Scope. The licence covers our own fields (directions, direction names, keywords, confidence
levels, placements) and arXiv metadata (arXiv ids, titles, first-posted dates, categories;
arXiv itself releases its metadata under CC0).

Excluded. All data derived from Semantic Scholar (S2) is excluded: citation links, citation
counts, reference lists and similar fields. None of it is in the downloads. Where the read
API (https://mlsanity.com/api/) returns such fields, they are not covered by this licence.

Attribution: "mlsanity (https://mlsanity.com)", with a link to the licence.
